Photo1 (6)most likely haven’t thought of. Here is an example of something out of the ordinary I like to do with Green Tea:



– 1 Green Tea Bag

– 200 g of udon noodles

– 4 cups of vegetable stock

– 1/4 inch ginger, minced

– 1 clove of garlic, minced

– 2 cups spinach, torn

– 4 mushrooms, roughly chopped

– 1 tsp sesame oilPhoto1 (7)

– 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped



– bring broth, sesame oil, garlic & ginger to a boil

– add vegetables, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

– add udon and tea bag, simmer for another 3 minutes or until noodles are soft (but not too soft!)

– remove from heat, remove tea bag, and serve with crusty bread drizzled with olive oil
