– 1/3 cup chickpeas drained
– 1 carrot, chopped
– 1 tsp tahini
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp kelp powder
– 1 tbsp vegan mayo
– white pepper to-taste
– dash of kelp powder (available at most health food stores)

Directions:

-process chickpeas until chunky
-spoon into a bowl & mix in carrot, tahini, garlic powder, kelp powder mayo & pepper
-spoon onto a bed of baby spinach
-garnish with cucumber or vegetable of choice
