Easy insertion instructions:

There are two sizes available, size 1 and size 2. Size 1 is recommended for women under the age of 30 who have not given birth. Size 2 is recommended for women who have given birth and or are over the age of 30.
Bonus: Diva Wash! This PH balanced plant based wash is excellent for cleaning your diva cup. It doubles has a face wash and a body wash as well. It has a very light lemon scent and doesn’t dry your skin. It is also cruelty free!
On another note, if you are at all worries about leakage, try using cloth panty liners. They’re machine washable, comfortable, and reusable! I bought mine on eBay.
They aren’t really necessary if you are using the cup correctly. It holds twice as much has your heaviest tampon absorbency. For real. So go get one!
