Water. Most of us don’t drink enough of it. Try switching to herbal tea instead of coffee (after that one cup in the morning of course!) and always keep a jug of cold water in the fridge. Cut up lemons, limes, or cucumber and throw them in your water jug. Change it up weekly. This little change makes all the difference. Try this with either mint or basil leaves as well – whatever suits your mood. If you’re looking for something sweet, you can cut up a variety of fruit: pineapple, apple, pear, add a drizzle of agave and BAM. Just enough sweetness!
